Ghost has completely unveiled the new Christian Guzman edition of its pre-workout Legend that was teased the other day, which also as talked about features a more intense formula. With the unveiling has come confirmation of exactly what’s been changed, and as it turns out it isn’t too different from the regular version of Legend.
Basically, everything in the upcoming Christian Guzman Legend is exactly the same, except for one ingredient. Ghost has simply added in an extra 35mg of caffeine anhydrous per serving, meaning if you take two scoops you’ll be getting a total of 474mg of caffeine, as opposed to the normal version’s 404mg. It’ll no doubt give the product a bit more energy, but we don’t imagine it making a huge difference with any of the other effects such as focus and pump.
You can see the label for the new Christian Guzman Legend above, where you also get a detailed breakdown of the supplement’s caffeine. Just like the regular Legend there is 50mg of dicaffeine malate supplying 37mg of caffeine per serving, then 200mg of caffeine anhydrous which is where the 35mg increase is.
Currently, Ghost is promoting its Christian Guzman Legend as coming soon, with the higher caffeinated pre-workout due to be introduced in the same 30 serving size, but in a new Lemon Lime flavor.
