The supplement Muscle Sport confirmed it would be launching at last weekend’s Arnold Expo, is now here, with the GrowPro replacement Protein8. As previously revealed, Protein8 is a protein blend featuring eight different protein sources just as its title suggests.
The exact formula details of the latest Muscle Sport supplement are 30g of protein per serving from the lengthy blend of whey concentrate, calcium caseinate, milk and whey isolate, BeefISO beef isolate, hydrolyzed whey peptides, micellar casein, and egg albumin. Protein8’s other important macros include 5g of carbohydrates with 3.5g of that dietary fiber, no sugar, just a gram of fat (half saturated), all for a total of 150 calories.
Muscle Sport has also packed its new Protein8 with a few extra ingredients just like in GrowPro. On top of the eight different sources of protein, the product features an Anticatabolic Amino Blend of taurine, glycine, glutamine, and BCAAs, with none of the aminos counted towards the supplement’s protein total. Also in the mix is an Amino Releasing Matrix, designed to optimize the release of BCAAs and glutamine from whey protein.
You can now grab Muscle Sport’s Protein8 direct from its website for the same price as GrowPro, although the tubs are 1lb heavier with 5lbs instead of 4lbs. The price on the blend protein is $79.99, with three flavors to choose from compared to GrowPro’s five, in Vanilla Ice Cream, Birthday Cake, and Chocolate Ice Cream.
