The online giant Amazon now has its own collection of supplements called Amazon Elements. The line is currently made up of just four products, all of which are fairly basic, mosty individual ingredient formulas. The Amazon Elements supplements are all self-explanatorily named with Calcium Complex, Vitamin K2, Turmeric Root Extract, and Vitamin D2.
The brand really seems to be pushing for quality and transparency with its new line, as each of the products is listed on Amazon with a full blow description. Included in each of the items’ breakdowns are things like how the ingredients were extracted, how the formulas were created, ingredient origins, and even certificates of analysis.
For those interested in the exact contents of the four Amazon Elements supplements, as mentioned they are all fairly straightforward. Turmeric Root Extract features half a gram of its title ingredient in each of its 65 capsules, 2000 IU of vitamin D2 per capsule in Vitamin D2, and 100mcg of vitamin K2 per capsule in of course Vitamin K2.
The one other product is Calcium Complex, which is slightly more complex than any of the others. This one is made up of three ingredients with each of its three capsule servings packing 600 IU of vitamin D2, 750mg of calcium, and 50mg of magnesium.
While all of the Amazon Elements supplements are on Amazon’s website and available for viewing, not just anyone can purchase them. Each of the four products is currently listed as “available exclusively by invitation”. You can request an invitation, however it then says you need to wait for confirmation in “the coming weeks”.
If you do end up going through the invitation process, the prices on the Amazon Elements supplements are $24.99 for Calcium Complex, $14.99 each for Vitamin K2 and Turmeric Root Extract, and $9.99 for Vitamin D2.
