Animal has announced that another flavor for its protein competitor Animal Whey is coming very soon. The brand has dropped a teaser of the product however, it has kept the name of the flavor covered up. For those that have been following our Animal posts you’ll know the brand is said to be bringing back Frank’s Birthday Cake, although we’re fairly certain that isn’t the flavor it’s teasing today.
The main reason we’re certain Frank’s Birthday Cake isn’t the Animal Whey in the teaser image above is because of how much the brand is covering up. We know the title of Frank’s Birthday Cake actually extends right across the flavor title strip. The amount covered in Animal’s teaser just isn’t enough, confirming that it’s not likely Frank’s Birthday Cake and that the name of the mystery flavor is relatively short.
Usually, we would take a few guesses at what the flavor could be however, this will be Animal’s 14th different flavor of Animal Whey. When you get that high it’s almost impossible to guess as brands tend to get quite creative after 10. There is always the possibility of some kind of peanut butter recipe, which is a flavor almost every protein has but Animal has yet to tackle.
In terms of release, we don’t know how far away the next Animal Whey is just that it’s coming soon. In saying that the last new flavor we saw from the brand was way back in April with Brownie Batter, so it’s certainly been a while.
