Just a month after it was unveiled at the Arnold in Columbus, Optimum Nutrition has its all new Gold Standard BCAA at this year’s FIBO expo. The supplement is placed throughout the brand’s walk through style booth however there is something different about it. The full name of the product on the bottle is actually Gold Standard BCAA Train + Recover, or at least that’s what it is in the US. For the European market it has been changed just a bit to Gold Standard BCAA Train + Sustain. Despite the small difference in name, the supplement is still the same formula wise with 5g of BCAAs, 250mg of Wellmune WPG and 200mg of rhodiola.
