Since the unveiling of its intra-workout supplement Intra+ earlier this month, 4+ Nutrition has teasing details of its eighth new product for 2016 the post-workout Post+. The brand recently revealed that it would feature an unknown amount of BCAAs, as well as hydrolyzed whey protein. Being a supplement that weighs in at over half a kilogram a tub we figured there would be more to it, which now that it’s been launched we can confirm that is the case.
Before we get into the ingredients that we didn’t know would be in Post+, we’ll quickly go over the doses of the two we did. In each of the product’s 30g servings you get 5g of the promised BCAAs at the traditional 2:1:1 ratio. The hydrolyzed whey protein amount is obviously quite a bit higher at 12g per serving. As for the other main features in Post+, there are just two more in the mix with creatine monohydrate at 3g and glutamine and 900mg. Like all good post-workout formulas, 4+ Nutrition’s competitor has been designed to do only one thing and that is to help with recovery.
As mentioned 4+ Nutrition has now launched Post+, and as always the first place to get it is its website. The supplement can be purchased direct at 4plusnutrition.com for €45, with two 20 serving flavors to choose from in Lemon and Grapefruit.
