Every now and then it’s well worth cycling off stimulants, whether it be to get back that first time sensation or you’ve just become too tolerant. What ever your reason may be there are a lot of stimulant free supplements out there to choose from, most intended to deliver an enhanced pump. One of the many out there is the product we have up for review today, the powder version of Pro Supps’ NO3 Drive.
Right off the bat we’re going to say the powder NO3 Drive is one of the few extremely effective stimulant free pre-workouts available. It delivers on its promise of giving you fullness, vascularity and an overall solid pump. We are of course going to go into a little more detail, although we should mention first that this review is based on using the supplement at about one and half to two scoops. There isn’t a lot of difference between those two amounts, but is in that area where the magic happens.
Best of both worlds
NO3 Drive’s pump isn’t overly quick to flood the muscles, like most of its competitors it does require a few sets or a couple of exercises to get everything going. Once however that happens you’ll find you have an all new painful, yet enjoyable connection with the muscle or muscles you’re working on. The feeling is kind of in between a focused dense pump and a full bloated one, as the experience has a good amount of density and hardness as well as a fair amount of fullness.
The product is really the best of both worlds, if you like a pump pre-workout that doesn’t fill you out too much and also packs a strong amount of hardness, then NO3 Drive is worth a go. The density effect simply allows you to feel the muscle a whole lot more with a full unobstructed range of motion. The fullness side then helps make the sensation seem a little unnatural by pumping you up a bit more than usual. If we had to put the NO3 Drive experience into as few words as possible they would probably be hard, direct and intense.
Successful combination of density and fullness
Overall Pro Supps’ powder version of NO3 Drive is actually quite unique and something pump fans should try at least once, especially since it’s available for less than $20. While we do describe it as a bit of this and a bit of that, it is essentially a different kind of experience. We’ve definitely had our fair share of fullness type supplements, and a handful of more dense, focused formulas. Although this would be the first time we’ve come across a successful combination of both.
