Over the weekend we posted details on an all new US version of Grenade’s amino supplement Defend, which will go by a slightly different name in Defend BCAA. The formula sets itself apart by basically being more focused on BCAAs, as opposed to the original’s more complete blend of aminos. One thing that we didn’t actually know much about over the weekend, was Defend BCAA’s list of flavors. Exactly two days later Grenade has now confirmed a two taste menu for the product, with Strawberry Mango and the flavor we didn’t previously know about, Green Apple. Both options are expected to be released in the US sometime soon, and in the one 30 serving tub size.
