Today Blackstone Labs has finally launched the post-workout Formula 19, which it has been teasing for the past couple of months. Last time we posted on the supplement based on its previewed weight we said that carbohydrates and possibly protein could end up being a major part of Formula 19. Now that the product has been released we can confirm its exact contents, including its 50g dose of carbohydrates.
With the supplement’s carbohydrate count taking up a lot of space it’s no surprise that there isn’t much else to the formula. When we say not much else we only mean that in terms of variety, as the rest of Formula 19’s 68.85g serving is made up of a heavy 10g glutamine blend, a solid 5g dose of leucine, and 200mg of alpha lipoic acid. Together the ingredients promise to deliver all the effects you want out of a good post-workout including better recovery and reduced muscle soreness.
To get your hands on Blackstone’s Formula 19, as always the latest from the brand has been launched direct. The product is currently priced at $44.99 for a full 15 serving tub with three flavors to choose from in Black Currant, Orange and Fruit Punch.
