When Animal Pak launched their protein powder Animal Whey, they did so with three traditional flavors in Chocolate, Vanilla and Cookies & Cream. Since then it’s been pretty much nothing but interesting additions from Animal with the likes of Chocolate Chocolate Chip and the one we got a glimpse of more recently, Frosted Cinnamon Bun. While we have still yet see Cinnamon Bun go on sale, believe it or not the brand has actually gone and released another entirely different flavor.
Joining Animal Whey’s menu of five or six if you count Cinnamon Bun is what we can only assume to be Animal’s birthday cake recipe with, Frank’s Birthday Cake. The name obviously refers to the brand’s long time athlete Frank “Wrath” McGrath, who is turning 37 this Sunday. Whether or not Frank’s Birthday Cake Animal Whey is here to stay or just a celebratory limited edition, it is now in stock at Bodybuilding.com. Currently it is only available in the supplement’s 2lb tub size, although you will get a free trial tub of your choice giving you a chance to try one of Animal Whey’s other five flavors.
