Previously MHP’s Fit & Lean Power Pak Pudding was the only supplement using the Fit & Lean name. The brand has now unveiled an all new product turning the Fit & Lean name into an actual series. The latest from MHP is the Fit & Lean Protein Brownie, which unlike the pudding isn’t similar to anything else in the MHP family. The supplement is exactly what it’s titled, a high protein treat designed to taste just like a brownie.
While we did say MHP doesn’t have anything similar to the Fit & Lean Protein Brownie in their family, there is something similar in the brand’s sister company MuscleMeds. The Carnivor Brownie is of course the product we’re referring to, another high protein brownie that shares almost all of its major macros with MHP’s latest. Starting from the top the Fit & Lean Protein Brownie features 15g of protein, 21g of carbohydrates (5g fiber, 6g sugar), 8g of fat (4g saturated), and a total of 190 calories.
As similar as those numbers are to the Carnivor Brownie the two are further separated by their protein sources, as well as their menus. Unlike the MuscleMeds’ brownie, the Fit & Lean Protein Brownie is made up of whey and soy protein (no beef), and comes in two delicious sounding flavors. The obvious flavor the MHP product lists is Chocolate Fudge, with the not so obvious one being Blondie Chocolate Chip.
Like all new releases from MHP, the brand has already uploaded the Fit & Lean Protein Brownie to their own store where there is a bit of a sale at the moment. For a limited time MHP has dropped the new supplement from $29.88 to $20.29 for a box of 12 in either flavor, working out to $1.70 a bar.
