A while back 4D Nutrition revealed a rebranded Whey Phase, with their mainstream protein powder featuring an all new layout and colors. The one question weighing on our minds since then was had the brand changed the formula for Whey Phase? We can now confirm that 4D has indeed altered the supplement with the biggest change coming to its ingredients list. Like a lot of brands have been doing over the past few months, 4D Nutrition’s rebranded Whey Phase has been reformulated without any free for amino acids or creatine.
Previously just after its list of proteins the product had creatine monohydrate, BCAAs and glutamine. Those have all been removed with another rather big difference being the supplement’s protein forms. Instead of whey concentrate, isolate and WPI97 hydrolyzed whey, Whey Phase now has whey and milk concentrate, milk and whey isolate, whey hydrolysate and micellar casein. You can see the difference between the two versions in more detail below, and start looking out for the black and purple Whey Phase in stores soon if it’s not there already.
