Of all the new pre-workout supplements coming soon there has only been one we’ve constantly been getting questioning about. Ever since we got a glimpse of Kris Gethin’s Kaged Muscle quality in In-Kaged and Re-Kaged, readers as well as us have been dying to know what kind of formula Gethin put together for his pre-workout Pre-Kaged. Today the 100% transparent label for the highly anticipated product has finally been released confirming each and every ingredient that’s in the third complex Kaged Muscle supplement.
Even though up until now we had not seen any part of the Pre-Kaged formula, based on the size and weight of the tub as well as Kris Gethin’s own description, we knew we were in for a performance type pre-workout. Now that we’ve got the facts panel we can confirm that is exactly what Pre-Kaged is with each serving of the product weighing in at a heavy 32g. In total the supplement packs 15 different ingredients, a combination that much like In-Kaged and Re-Kaged is not without its surprises.
Starting from the top Pre-Kaged lists 6.5g of citrulline, 200mg quercetin, and 3.5g of BCAAs (2:1:1 ratio), with an extra 3g of leucine making it 6.5g of BCAAs overall. Next we have 1.6g of CarnoSyn beta-alanine, which combined with In-Kaged’s beta-alanine will give you a total of 3.2g when using the two together. The CarnoSyn is then followed by 100mg of CapsiMax (capsicum), and 2g of BetaPower betaine and 1.5g creatine HCl, which just like the beta-alanine can be found in another Kaged formula (Re-Kaged) bumping up their overall amounts to 3.5g and 3g.
Moving on to the bottom half of Pre-Kaged’s facts panel you see a combination similar to what’s in Kaged Muscle’s Hydra-Charge with half a gram of coconut water, 2g taurine and 100mg of the fruits, vegetables and herbs Spectra Total Orac blend. Last but not least right at the bottom of Pre-Kaged’s list we have the neuro focus matrix featuring 1g of n-acetyle-l-tyrosine, 850mg tyrosine, and 274mg of PurCaf organic caffeine which is yet another ingredient seen in In-Kaged at 124mg.
As you can tell from our description and see in the label below, Kaged Muscle’s Pre-Kaged is as promised a true performance pre-workout. The product’s variety of ingredients is quite different, as expected the doses are high, and if it wasn’t made clear by their names Pre-Kaged packs four features or five if you include the BCAAs, that work in with In-Kaged and Re-Kaged. From here we look forward to seeing the supplement finally go on sale and complete the Kaged Muscle system of pre, intra and post-workout.
