Following on from the formula reveal of BPI’s upcoming Best Aminos, we have the exact same thing from ErgoGenix. The brand recently unveiled their next new supplement, the energizing amino ErgoAmino, which we now have the official label for. Just as the product promotes, ErgoAmino brings together a combination of amino acids and energy, although surprisingly there is quite a bit more to the formula.
While usually we would go over a supplement based on a single serving size, for ErgoAmino we’re going to break it down based on two servings. The main reason behind that is because each tub of the product packs 50 servings. If ErgoGenix launch the supplement for a high price then it would be best to look at it as a 50 serving formula, however for now we’re going to treat it as a 25 serving competitor. Starting from the top ErgoAmino lists 5g of 2:1:1 BCAAs just like ErgoChain, 800mg of essentials aminos, 1.4g of non-essential aminos. A support blend featuring 2g of taurine, 1g citrulline, 800mg CarnoSyn beta-alanine and 600mg choline bitartrate, then finally a 160mg proprietary combining three energizing ingredients.
As mentioned earlier ErgoAmino does pack a lot more than you’d expect or at least a lot more than most of its energy amino competitors, purely thanks to its 4.4g support blend. Most of the time it is just BCAAs and aminos with caffeine or an energy blend, so when 2g of taurine as well as a bit of beta-alanine ends up in he mix it’s definitely noticeable.
