The item we’re talking about today from 4+ Nutrition is called Egg & Oat, and is exactly what you think it is. The combination formula brings together carbohydrates from oatmeal and protein from egg. Packed into each 50g serving of the brand’s new Egg & Oat you get 18g of protein, 22g of carbohydrates (3g fiber, 1g sugar), 2.6g of fat (0.6g saturated) and a total of 186 calories. While the product does fill a gap the brand had, 4+ fans will sacrifice variety if they decide to give it a go. Unlike most of their other protein powders 4+ Nutrition’s Egg & Oat comes in just the one flavor, chocolate.
