BSN Clean Pre-Workout is by far the most interesting supplement in the brand’s new Clean Series. Not only is the product a lot more complex than the others, but it is also quite the surprising combination from BSN. Instead of going full scoop like the brand always have for their flagship pre-workout formula NO Xplode, BSN Clean Pre-Workout is a relatively simple little supplement. Packed into each of its 30 servings you get 1.5g of CarnoSyn beta-alanine, 750mg Nitrosigine, half a gram each of n-acetyl-l-tyrosine and HydroMax glycerol, 200mg of caffeine and 10mg toothed clubmoss extract. While BSN Clean Pre-Workout doesn’t say it anywhere on its label, with 200mg of caffeine you could probably safely two scoop the product doubling each of the ingredients mentioned. Compared to some of the more competitive pump pre-workouts out there BSN Clean Pre-Workout’s Nitrosigine and HydroMax aren’t as big as some may like. But the supplement is still an interesting concoction especially coming from the likes of BSN.
