Just as we have, Scivation fans may start noticing a change in their favorite brand’s whey protein powder. The supplement simply titled Whey did used to come in the usual 2 and 5lb tubs, listing 28 serving for the smaller option and 72 for the larger. In a few locations Scivation Whey now comes in slightly different sizes, advertised more by their serving amount with a 20 serving and a 50. According to the brand nothing has changed in terms of formula, just the shift in sizes although we do need to point out the leap isn’t as big as it sounds. While the tubs are going from 28 down to 20 and 72 to 50, the new Wheys do have 30g of protein per serving as opposed to original’s 21 to 22g. It is a little hard to tell at the moment if the price will remain the same due to the altered Whey not being available everywhere just yet, however Scivation have said this won’t be the last time you see the product updated in 2015. The brand is apparently also going to be giving their protein powder a makeover later in the year, confirming a rebranding for Whey where they’ll work in the much brighter theme as seen on Scivation’s recently released Xtend Go.
