As promised Myprotein’s invasion is going to continue until the brand have their goal of 1,200 supplements available in the US, which as we continue to say is going to have a major impact on the market. We already saw how powerful the brand are when they dropped their 5.5lb Impact Whey for just $50, and how talented they are with more than 50 different flavors for that very product. Myprotein have now announced what we’re in for this month at Bodybuilding.com, confirming what categories will no doubt take a hit when the brand’s entries arrive. Next to come over from the European brand’s regular line up is Impact Diet Whey, the lower carbohydrate spin-off of Impact Whey. Pre-digested Hydrolyzed Whey Protein, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, and the self-explanatory chocolate flavored Instant Oats. The promise is Myprotein will have those four supplements available at Bodybuilding.com before the end of the month, although some of the group may in fact be early. While the brand did say they were aiming for later in the month, the Hydrolyzed Whey and Carnitine could very well be here as early as this week or next. Even though the two or even four product categories aren’t major areas of interest, as we keep saying Myprotein are a massive company. Dominating small individual markets and becoming a protein contender isn’t an easy task, however with the amount of areas Myprotein are eventually going to cover and the price they’re bringing it may end up looking very easy.
