Like all big brands Grenade have announced a range of individual ingredient supplements called the Grenade Essentials. From what we know so far the line will be made up of three different products, two unflavored powders and one capsules. That’s not to say there won’t be more Grenade Essentials in the future as we will be surprised if there isn’t, just for now there is only the three. First we have Creatine, a 100% creatine monohydrate formula packing 50 5g servings per 250g tub. Next is Glutamine, a 100% regular l-glutamine supplement with the same size and servings as Creatine with 50 5g, totaling 250g a tub. Last but not least we have the slightly more interesting one of the three BCAA 8:1:1. The interesting thing being the product’s rare BCAA ratio which we don’t yet know the exact dose of, although do know it will be coming in tubs of 150 capsules working out to 30 servings. For now the Grenade Essentials are only being promoted as coming soon, which unlike a lot of others does mean soon as Grenade isn’t a brand known to drag things out.
