4+ Force Bar teases a rich chocolate coating

4+ force bar

It all just keeps on coming from 4+ Nutrition as they unveil another new supplement for 2015. Following on from their barrage of basics and unveiling of the women’s line, the Italian brand have now introduced the Force Bar. As you would have figured by the name, the product is yet another 4+ protein bar joining their well known Walo and Walo HP bars. Usually when a brand returns to a category you’d expect the new innovation to have an obvious difference compared to the old and current. In the case of the 4+ Force Bar versus any of the brand’s other edible items, based on the information released there doesn’t appear to be much to make it stand out. The supplement’s macros are all quite familiar (label below) with 16g of protein, 19g of carbohydrates (12g sugar), 8.5g of fat (4.9g saturated) and a total of 210 calories.

The brand do say the Force Bar’s vitamin B6, fiber and minerals “make the product more complete in terms of diet”, however we get the sense that there is something else going on with the supplement. As you can see in the picture above the Force Bar is thickly coated in chocolate, something the Walo bar is not. Whether or not something got lost in translation it definitely looks like 4+ have gone for a better taste on this one. Not only does its picture suggest it, but its menu of cookies & cream, chocolate caramel and chocolate brownie also hint at the idea. Fortunately fans of the brand won’t be waiting around long to find out how good it is, as the Force Bar is due to be launched next Monday putting it in 4+ Nutrition stores soon after.
