The one feature Top Shape relies on is glucomannan, dosed at a convenient 500mg per capsule. It is around here that things get interesting as depending on what you want to use the product for, you could be getting 30 servings or 22 and half. Scitec instruct consumers looking to lose weight to use two capsules three times a day, and those after the supplement’s cholesterol management benefits, two capsules four times a day. By the looks of things you will of course get a bit of each effect regardless of the serving size you use, with the brand’s directions really just saying the maximum dose may not be needed for those hoping to burn fat.
