PhD Nutrition have released yet another updated on-the-go item, with a new and improved Diet Cookie. Overall the brand have basically changed everything bumping up the protein to 22g, slightly increasing the carbohydrates but with less sugar, lowering the fat by almost 1.5g and dropping the calories down by 10 to 199. On top of the marginally better formula, PhD are also promoting a much more enjoyable taste. As well as two new flavors with Diet Cookie’s original chocolate orange joined by two more options, blueberry and white chocolate and lemon and white chocolate. PhD do already have the reformulated supplement on their website, so if it’s not at your local stockist yet it is available direct.
