ProNOM 23 protein proven to be spike free, Controlled confirm their quality with analysis

From Stack3d
Controlled Labs third party protein and amino ProNOM 23 analysis

While amino spiking in protein powders has been around for some time, it is really only in the past half year or so that awareness on the topic has grown. This could be due to the number of notable voices making a stand against the cheapening of formulas, explaining the topic as well as naming some products. Fortunately it is not just consumers fighting back, but also a few supplement companies. We have seen brands talk on the subject, and even base promotions around it. We have not however seen one make a complete third party protein test public, breaking down individual amino acid percentages along with protein amount. The standout company that has done this is Controlled Labs for their formula ProNOM 23. The analysis produced by the nutrisciences company Silliker, does date back to September of last year. But as the brand have mentioned with the release of the file, it is just as, if not more relevant now. One of the places the ProNOM certificate can be found is on Bodybuilding.com’s forums. Officially counting Controlled out of the amino spiking controversy.
