Like the European exclusive supplement Optimum Nutrition launched back in June, Lean Whey. The popular protein powder company have produced what appears to be yet another European dedicated product in Complete Protein. The formula has been put together as a multi form protein featuring milk isolate,
whey concentrate, hydrolyzed whey, micellar casein, egg albumen, and whey isolate protein. As for it’s finer details, per 34g scoop Complete packs 20.9g of protein, 7.2g of carbohydrates (4.9g sugar, 0.3g fiber), 1.3g of fat (0.6g saturated), with a total of 125 calories. While it has yet to be confirmed as to whether or not Complete Protein is in fact an area exclusive formula. We feel that the Tri-Celle flavored supplement is not likely to see American shelves, as only retailers in Europe seem to be showing up with it.
