Mutant previewed a new supplement about a month and a half ago at the 2013 FIBO in Cologne. The product was labeled as a BCAA and expected to be a regular capsule formula, becoming the third individual supplement from the brand. As it turns out the product is not basic in anyway shape or form. Mutant’s new BCAA 9.7 is a powdered formula looking to enter into the amino cocktail market. It gets it’s name from it’s total amount of aminos with a heavy 7.5g 2:1:1 ratio of BCAAs, and 2.5g of taurine, glycine, glutamine, arginine, and tyrosine. To top if off Mutant added an 8 piece electrolyte blend, and BioPerine as an absorption agent, which you can see detailed in the facts panel below. BCAA 9.7 will be available in a 30 serving bottle with a 3 flavor menu of blue raspberry, green apple, and watermelon. The supplement is already available in Canada, with no confirmed release date for U.S. fans.
