RSP Nutrition haven’t released a new supplement for a while. Their last update would have to be the release of their recovery product ReGen that brought with it the much more appealing blue grid label theme. As a long awaited follow up, the latest launch coming from RSP is a complex supplement called Create. The product follows the creatine trend with a formula similar to that of the successful Muscle Pharm Creatine. It packs in 5 different forms of the ingredient, monohydrate, tricreatine malate, magnapower, pyruvate, and creatinol-o-phosphate. Most formula’s would usually stop there, but Create intends to further your results with arginine, Peak ATP, methionine, and glycerine. Unfortunately the brand do make a number claims in their description, which may not be completely false, just unlikely to happen at a noticeable level. No price or release date has been set for the RSP supplement. However at 50 servings per tub, Create does have room to go above the $30 mark.
