Carnitine Core unboxing, Muscle Pharm’s first liquid form supplement

Carnitine Core was the long awaited supplement fans got a sneak peek at back when the BB.com awards were announced. Since then Muscle Pharm have released, Battle Fuel XT, and announced the up and coming ready-to-drink Assault Shooter. Despite the business in between the brand’s first liquid supplement has hit, and it packs quite the mix of features. Before publishing a full review, since Carnitine is a bit of unique package, we figured it’d be worthwhile doing an unboxing of sorts.

The product comes in your average 16oz bottle. It isn’t built with a solid plastic, it’s more of a flimsy but still trusting material. It is packaged with a clear lid which at first just looks like a protective attachment. However after the film has been twisted off, the additional cap’s purpose becomes quite obvious. Despite the instructions asking for a tablespoon measurement, the secondary lid has actually been marked accordingly.

The nifty little cup is definitely a nice touch, which Carnitine Core does need especially since it’s tastes is almost unbearable. If the supplement had no wrapping and just the bare white bottle, you would expect the citrus flavor to be as sour as it is. However dressed in the beautiful white and green the tangy pharmaceutical sensation is quite the surprise. The initial fruit like flavoring is relatively welcoming, it’s not until about 10 seconds later that the terrorizing after taste really kick in.

Luckily for Muscle Pharm flavoring doesn’t affect the final verdict, which should be coming in the next week or two. If the product performs, bad taste is never an issue. That being said if the formula doesn’t pull through, and also tastes bad. It’s like beating a man after you’ve robbed him, so in the case of bad supplements it does matter. Either way Carnitine Core’s package is as unique as you’d expect, the ingredients look solid, so fingers crossed for it’s performance.
