The 2013 Fit Expo is going down this weekend at the Los Angeles Convention Center. It is a 2 day event running from Saturday the 19th to Sunday the 20th. If you’re in the area it will definitely be worth a visit. Not only are there going to be plenty of activities and competitions going on including Olympic lifting, arm wrestling and strongman. But every supplement brand worth knowing is making an appearance. Some of the companies that are going to be set up are Beast Sports, Muscletech, BSN, Muscle Pharm, Cellucor, P28, VPX, and a few up and coming brands that are more than worth the time, F3 Nutrition and NLA Performance. There are a total of 211 names on card, so if you do miss some of the highlights it is understandable.
