Myofusion Elite hits retailers, Gaspari make it a 4lb protein powder

Gaspari’s Myofusion Elite is beginning to hit shelves and with it comes the facts panel. It was quite obvious that the formula was going to have a blend of proteins. The time released highlight on the front of the bottle also let fans know it was going to have some casein mixed in to it. In total there are 4 different forms of protein in the new Myofusion. Micellar casein, milk, whey concentrate and whey isolate protein. The combination is also met with a strong dose of amino acids which includes a 4,488mg shot of BCAAs at a roughly calculated 5:3:3 ratio.

The long awaited Myofusion details are 25g of protein, 3g fat (1g saturated), 5g carbs (1g fiber, <1g sugar) and a total calorie count of 150. All the numbers look good and fans will be pleased with the formula, however the protein is not without it’s downsides.

In a surprising turn of events Gaspari have followed the trends of Muscletech, Cellucor and Muscle Pharm. Myofusion Elite is in fact a 4lb protein. It may end up getting close to that $40 price that made the hydrolysate version so popular, but it will do so with a pound less. The gluten free, BCAAs, 5 gourmet flavors and non-synthetic coloring are all great features however are they enough to convert new fans or just please the current followers.
