Cellucor’s Cor-Performance Whey is available for pre-sale on BB.com. This isn’t something that is usually worth posting about. The reason it’s being brought up is because they have listed the 100% whey a lot lower than expected. GNC uploaded the supplement at $69.99 for regular customers and $55.99 for Gold Card members. Not too long after that Cellucor themselves unleashed a launch sale that put the 4lb tubs at $52.99. BB.com have surpassed both of them and are taking in pre-sales for Cor-Whey at $44.99.
In case that price doesn’t seem all that appealing, here is a nice little comparison. If Optimum Nutrition had it’s 5lb Gold Standard shriveled down to a 4lb, with the same price to size ratio. It would only be $2.40 cheaper, at $42.39. Bare in mind when something gets smaller the cost is never the same. If you go the other way and up size ON’s new 3.3lb, it comes up with a $2.27 difference, at $47.26. Cellucor’s Creatine and B-BCAA may not be competitive with their category averages but the Cor-Performance Whey is definitely going to bring a strong option to retail customers.
