Metabolic got the spotlight put on them a few months ago with their extremely well packed fat burner Synedrex. The other supplement from their line up that makes them a strong standing brand is their protein powder Protizyme, which we just so happen to get our hands on. The formula is made up of whey concentrate and isolate. It locks in 25g of protein with 2g carbs, 2g fat, vitamins, minerals and a solid amino acid profile consisting of a high 4.28g glutamine dose.
The results are about as good as regular protein powders however the lactose, gluten, trans fat and aspartame free production makes it extremely easy to take down. On top of that the flavoring on Protizyme is incredible. The vanilla, chocolate and peanut are above average but no where near the sweetness of the banana and strawberry.
The combination of the product’s extra features almost justify the high price. Think of the supplement like Monster 100, CellMass or Monster Amino. They aren’t very competitive with regular formulas but they are quite the treat for the extra cash. All in all Metabolic’s Protizyme should fit in with the top end of the market and have no trouble finding fans with it’s novel production qualities.
