The product consists of creatine, beta alanine, waxy maize, citrulline, taurine and a few naturals, grapefruit, cinnamon and raspberry extract. Compared to Mutant Rage and Pump this should promote a much more extended release of energy. Two common ingredients missing from the label are B12 and folic acid which could have a negative or uniquely positive effect.
The supplement is available in blue raspberry, green apple and fruit punch. Each tub contains 40 servings which at a guess would allow for 2 or 3 maximum. This is a reformulation, a big one at that.
