If you haven’t got enough of Animal’s Evan Centopani from his Journey to the Olympia episodes. Muscular Development have got a two part video series of the Ox training chest. The first part is online now as well as photographs of Evan posing at 12 days out. Part two will probably be coming in next week. The dialogue is not as exciting as the Journey videos but at least you get to see the man in color.
