Condense unique but not enough, Purus’ latest does not live up to it’s reputation

Purus labs have got some of the sexiest labels around and their supplement quality is just as good. Most of their products more than compete within their categories, Fat Smack XT, Muscle Marinade and D-Pol are all great formulas that have increased the Purus reputation. The latest release from the seductive brand

is Condense and it may be pushing their boundaries a bit too far. It is intended to be a low stim pre-workout which these days is extremely risky. A lot of companies do tend to lean towards similar ingredients, stim or not it is for good reason. Supplements mainly use things like yohimbe, DMAE and schizandra because they work. The Condense strategy has left it’s label a little less packed with just betaine, beta-alanine, Nitratene (nitrate form) and 200mg of caffeine. This may be a unique product but it will not be able to compete with today’s pre-workouts. If you want a low/non-stim PWO check out the amino acid driven formulas. Supplements like Aminolast, Monster Amino and the more recent Amino1 should see you through your workouts a little more than Condense.
