I am around half way through my second cycle and even though the leaps I am having were not as big as the first cycle. This shit is just putting me further and further up the ladder. For me when I make leaps now it pays off incredibly down the road when the conditioning comes in. I am used to aiming for a 5 or 10lb jump on squat or bench each season however the goals I have set for my 3rd month have already been surpassed. And those were marks I set high.
My front squat best has been topped by 20lbs which is more than awesome. My back squat, deadlift and bench are all level. For me it is a matter of time before I take them. The confidence and power is there but when it comes to taking a best I try to play it smart. I don’t want to attempt a leap forward that fails and results in a leap back.
The one issue I am having, which happens almost every season is the extra weight gain. The more I put on the harder my body weight exercises get. I am a bit away from my pull up and dip maxes but considering I have now put on about 40lbs, 5lbs up on last season. When I start the conditioning and get into quicker more explosive work both of those go up. So the hard work I put in now should pay off later.
All of the things I would call ‘side effects’ have worn off. No acne or boner frenzies. I am becoming a little impatient but that may not be the Anatropin. I can’t help but get annoyed when someone uses the cage to squat 10 aside.
The extra weight as I said to you last time I hands down know is not all muscle, shit I’d be interested to know how much actually is. But the weight the gains have got me moving is well worth it. I used this method last season and didn’t go up anywhere near as fast so I know when a supplement boosts my training and Anatropin definitely is.
I suppose it is hard for some to understand the process I use. It has paid off for me several times in the past which is why I split my year up like this. When I increase the strength now, condition down later, jump higher or even the same I end up being able to go my further much faster. Either way the goal right now is setting the bar. My last week will be the benchmark. I am looking forward to knocking down the strength records and I can confidently say that I would not be this excited if it were not for Anatropin.
