Hot Blood is on a whole new level, Scitec know how to make supplements

Review

Scitec is the most under rated brand out there. Their range is untouchable. Individuals, combinations, their supplements go from well priced singles to competitively priced powerful complex formulas. A review for any of their products has been a long time coming. Hot Blood is the first one up and as predicted Scitec do not disappoint.

Unlike some of the other supplements Hot Blood does not include whole products (e.g. Monster 100), the contents is made up of actual complexes just for this. The pre-workout uses creatines, antioxidants, the usual arginine, citrulline and caffeine. It also brings Scitec’s trademarked range of forms, 3 creatines and 4 arginines. The surprise ingredient in the list is Gakic. The name reads identical to that of Muscletech’s inclusion ‘Glycine Arginine Alpha-Ketoisocaproate’. It would be impossible to get an answer on just how much of this is in Hot Blood Compared to Gakic Pro but the results talk for themselves.

Like all good pre-workouts it tastes pretty shit. There are a few variants available so there may be something better than guarana flavor. The surge of energy is like most, you get the power to train and lift some weights. It takes about 10-15 minutes before the Gakic (V1) like effects come in to play.

Instead of sending you over the top with sweat and pump. Hot Blood powers your muscles through every exercise without anything other than performance to show for it. Lift levels just increase, rest periods drop and instead of making you want to yell it just makes you train harder and longer.

It almost comes as a surprise when your body goes up a weight. It does not affect 1 RMs, it’s mostly noticeable in the 5-20 department. You will not get the heart racing ‘let’s go’ over-the-top attitude however that is not a bad thing. It allows you to perform like you are on Jack3d mixed with Monster Pump but without what can now be described as the ‘annoying effects’.

This is hands down one of the most unique pre-workouts reviewed. When you thought you could separate the category into pump and energy driven supplements Scitec comes along with a completely different type of product. The formula looks like most other top ranked ones, it is not until you use Hot Blood that you realize how good it actually is. To put it simply – ‘actual muscle peformance’. There is energy in there, you will feel that. It’s like your muscle are warmed up without doing anything, so you are already a few sets ahead before you start.

Scitec do more than deliver with Hot Blood, it is something else. If their other supplements are even half as good as this, they will definitely be impressive. The price on it is more than competitive and when it hits the US there will be some shifting in the ranks.
