Anatropin diary: Day 4, cycle 2

I was hoping it would happen and it did. Anatropin kicking in for round 2 and my strength has just gone. I seriously love this shit. That first cycle was big for me but second time around I am living in lift records. Like I said before, just off racing season so never expect my strength to go back to 100% for at least two months. After those 3 weeks I was up and moving, 4th and 5th week knocked some of bests on their ass.

I ain’t no powerlifter so my numbers are not super impressive however strength is the goal for this part of the season. Smoked my old front squat, ass to grass max from 310 to 350lbs. I honestly could do more, it was a bit annoying since I was on such a high I run out of sets and didn’t want to go more than 1 or 2 over my regular.

My bodyweight exercises are sitting the same, dips and pull ups. But I blame that on the fact I have gained so much weight so it is basically like adding more weight to the body not the chain. Now sitting at 222lbs I can feel the weight. I now do an odd fitness session just to keep my technique up and to check my endurance levels and the extra pounds are getting my heart racing after just a few laps. I may have to do extra work in conditioning season but the strength gains always come at a cost and I have never enjoyed anything that is easy.

The back squat I did the other day blew me away a bit. Since my lower back had a few issues I was a little unsure about doing it. However one, two then three sets later I attempted my best and unbelievably the bar felt 20kgs lighter. Coming into my next leg session I can almost guarantee I will knock the record dead on it’s ass. When I get into that 5 plate realm I have about a month or more where I need to give my best otherwise I find my body gets used to the weight and eventually just starts dropping and my best slips away from me.

Anatropin is hands down a killer and the strength gains are insane, the weight gain is extremely odd but not something I really care about. I will say the recovery is still not present, which is something I look forward to in a $40+ testosterone booster. However this one does do something different. Even though my muscles feel sore sometimes, when it comes to training they perform like they been rested for a week. The pain goes away and the natural energy and focus comes in to play.

Other things I have noticed heading in to this second cycle of the supp, acne on the back and face. Not something I am a stranger too but didn’t get it the first time around. I would trade the acne for the random boners anytime but it’s not a problem. Head is in the right place, my mind is on the results right now.
