Muscle Pharm have just released their news on their next supplement, Casein. The powder is 100% slow digesting protein. Since it is sporting the core series look you can count on it having no extras and a very competitive price. The one question that remains is will they be changing their Combat formula. That runs with the line ‘trickle feed muscles up to 8 hours’ which is roughly what most casein powders promote. To save confusion they need to drop the Combat’s micellar casein and egg white albumen components. Leaving it with the micro filtered blend of whey concentrate, isolate and hydroslate. The Casein is hands down a great idea but if that Combat remains the same you are better off getting your day and night protein from someone else.
