Con-Cret, the original concentrated creatine may have been a breakthrough in formulation but as far as results go it offers nothing different. Gluta-Tren, ProMera’s spin off supplement does not feature any greatly researched combination. It does feature a heavy rare dose
of the original recovery ingredient, 8g of glutamine. Some of the others that make up the label are beta alanine, taurine and 3-5g (estimated) of BCAAs. It is good to see a big dose of glutamine but Gluta-Tren just does not compete with today’s sweet tasting post-workout amino supplements. It has no big ratio in the BCAA department and the price on this for 20 servings puts it a mile away.
