The formula behind RSP Nutrition’s upcoming amino and focus formula simply named Amino Focus, has now been revealed. It seems there isn’t much more to this one outside of what was confirmed earlier this week, with a 5g blend of aminos and a 600mg mix of focus ingredients.
We’ll start with the aminos in RSP’s upcoming Amino Focus which is a 5g proprietary blend of taurine, CarnoSyn beta-alanine, BCAAs, glutamine, citrulline, arginine, tyrosine, histidine, lysine, phenylalanine, threonine, and methionine. You then have the supplement’s only other blend, with a 600mg mix of choline bitartrate, alpha GPC, and CDP choline.

Outside of the two Amino Focus blends, there are just two other ingredients to the product, both for energy. Those two are caffeine at 125mg per serving, and the previously confirmed 30mg of TeaCrine theacrine.
RSP has packed Amino Focus with quite the variety of ingredients, especially in the energy and focus department. It doesn’t unfortunately, tell you how much BCAAs it has, although it is obviously lower than the typical 5g. Leucine, isoleucine, and valine are all listed third in the amino blend, meaning they’re lighter than the first two ingredients.
Like with most new RSP Nutrition supplements, Amino Focus is expected to be introduced through the major online retailer Bodybuilding.com. When the product eventually arrives it’ll have three 30 serving flavors to chooe from in Blackberry Lemonade, Strawberry Kiwi, and Raspberry Lemonade.
