Starting from the top of the Inspired LGND facts panel you have 600mg of KSM-66 ashwagandha extract, the same 300mg dose of Aquamin seen in Inspired’s BCAA. 200mg of green tea (90% epicatechin), 100mg Cocoabuterol cocoa extract, and 50mg of AstraGin. The effects being promoted by the combination are an equally unique mix including enhanced focus, hydration, testosterone increase, cortisol reduction, and a nitric oxide boost.
